This fitness product retailer came to us wanting to grow their company in terms of brand awareness, total orders, and product expansion. As we all know, 2020-2022 was a challenging time for the fitness industry, as well as other industries. With mandated closures, consumer fear of gyms, etc.
Solution
We once again turned to our holistic approach for a marketing strategy. We focused on all avenues of marketing and began looking for all opportunities. We made shifts in target markets, product intent, and overall messaging. This allowed the client to succeed when they were expected to fail.
Result
The client averaged $2M in sales a year during the pandemic and post-pandemic timeframe. Their Digital Marketing efforts have a ROAS of 2.5x (250%) across all products sitewide. Moving out of the pandemic, we have set our eyes on a 3-4x ROAS, increased brand awareness, & more product visibility.

We built wireframes, collaborated on the design, and wrote location-optimized copy for their franchisee-level digital marketing landing pages.
Result
In progress. Even at implementation, having campaign-specific landing pages at a bare minimum with location-specific content was a win. The franchisees are happy to be able to have custom content.
