In order to always find the right match between Geysen's technicians and their clients, they are constantly looking for new technical profiles. Before 2024, Geysen mainly worked in the traditional way: temporary employment agencies, applicants who came in organically and send a message to the suitable profiles via LinkedIn. Geysen's recruiters continuously searched in the same pool of technicians, which limited the inflow of candidates.

Solution

To reach the right people, we prefer an omnichannel approach. Through Google Ads we reach people with active interest, with social media ads we focus on latent job seekers. We also optimize the vacancy texts and advertisement texts to always achieve the best results. Very interesting training. Theory but also a lot of practice where we could create our own campaigns. The training was given by Ellen who is an expert by experience and knows all the tips & tricks to start up good campaigns. After the training, you will also receive a very clear manual so that you can subsequently create, monitor and adjust new campaigns yourself where necessary.
