Challenge

A classic approach to move a website forward: increase relevant generic keywords & improve usability.

Solution

As part of the relaunch, cryptic URLs were generated and microsites were consolidated. Optimization of the information architecture: Clearer design of the entire website (visually & technically). Blog articles and industry solution pages were redirected and optimized with regard to SEO criteria.

Result

More traffic and more relevant keyword rankings through SEO and UX.

Challenge

Using a page speed audit, we were able to identify and implement the most important levers for improving loading times. Before researching new content opportunities, the existing content was first examined accordingly (content audit), recommendations made and measures derived.

Solution

The switch to JavaScript-based filtering in the product area resulted in a reduction in the number of pages that were generated unnecessarily and thus indexed. The focus of our strategic consulting for Vaillant Switzerland was on expanding the content of the site.

Challenge

As part of a change process, marketing and sales channels are to become more digital. The search area has been used for this purpose in the past, but there was no holistic strategy to fully accompany the user on what are often longer customer journeys.

Solution

After separating the campaigns into B2B and B2C, the keywords were first revised and the ads analyzed. With new ads and a completely revised bidding strategy, the entire customer journey was now covered, with the aim of better addressing the different interests.

Result

With the help of target group-specific targeting, it was possible to tap into significantly more of the market potential without significantly increasing the budget. Due to the outstanding results, the campaign was awarded the prestigious SEMY search marketing prize by SMX Munich.
