I approached WebsiteAbility in 2018 when I was responsible for marketing at Unigloves. We needed help implementing HubSpot as a CRM platform to replace SugarCRM, which we had been using for a few years. WebsiteAbility helped us by onboarding with HubSpot and has been a continual presence since, supporting us in achieving our inbound marketing plans. The result was positive for Unigloves, as WebsiteAbility helped us reach our lead generation targets and project-managed a new website design and implementation, including eCommerce functionality, through our existing ERP system. One thing I particularly liked was Alex’s ability to draw up relevant training programs from the HubSpot knowledge base that helped our sales team understand its capabilities and enabled a few of them to become HubSpot champions. Working with Alex meant I could treat WebsiteAbility as an extension of our marketing team. They provided a high level of service; no job was too big! I would recommend WebsiteAbility to people who need support in onboarding and maximising HubSpot as a CRM platform and making SEO work for your business!
